Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep sebagai media untuk publikasi hasil pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terbit setiap bulan Februari, Juni, dan Oktober.
